Last month, I gave out my information in response to a text message claiming to be from a legitimate bank. Since then, I couldn’t use my credit card for important purchases and bill payments. The other day my friend Tony asked me to go the boxing gym with him. He told me I should get some gloves, handwraps, and some headgear. Blagojevich is a dick. We’re having a economic crisis here and Rod R. Blagojevich is taking bribes. Illinois is just getting more and more corrupt and here I am working hard with three part time jobs like a sucker. I’m counting on Obama to make health care national. I need every penny I can scrounge up. Then you got JP Morgan buying out all the parking meters in Chicago. It’s crazy I tell you, the price of parking is going to go up like crazy.

I can hardly afford anything right now. Well I take care of myself and I don’t have a family which is good. But it seems like no matter what I do the governments got its hands on money I don’t even have yet. What can I do. I just need a little time to get away and get my head straight. That’s why I decided to take a vacation. I never knew if I could afford to take a vacation.

Oh how I HATE the winters we get here in Chicago. They get so cold sometimes I think about picking up and moving out to Florida or somewhere else where it’s always warm. I can’t though, because my entire family lives here. A few weeks ago a found out that my furnace was broken, and that’s something I NEED to have working. So as most of you already know, we had TERRIBLE flooding this year around the suburbs of Chicago. I mean TERRIBLE! I woke up one morning and my entire basement was flooded. I’m from Iowa, so I think I take a pretty level headed approach to life’s problems, ESPECIALLY since I moved to the Chicago area.  Part of that approach is to think creatively, beyond your preconceived notions. 

I live and worked (past tense) in Lake Forest.  But first I lost my job.
